Digital Marketer

MBANC is seeking a Digital Marketer to join our Marketing team. This person will play a significant role in the execution of marketing initiatives with a heavy focus on email marketing and digital advertising campaigns and will also serve as the point person for all digital channels.

As the Digital Marketer, you will be working in a cross-functional role across every aspect of the Direct to Consumer touchpoints: Email Marketing, Paid Media, and SEO. The candidate must be familiar with Google Analytics, CRM’s, and using data to inform digital strategies. Experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP) and analytic tools is required.


  • Work directly with key partners and consumers across the direct to consumer touchpoints: Email Marketing, and Paid Media, and SEO.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve digital presence and customer experience across the digital customer journey.
  • Maintain email calendar that includes newsletter content, audience information, subject lines and preheaders, disclaimers, and any creative notes pertinent to the process
  • Maintain digital ad calendar and ensures its alignment with email, website, social media, and other digital campaigns.
  • Improve all KPIs: deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns.
  • Identify and build segmentation strategies, A/B testing opportunities and other efforts to optimize email performance.
  • Brief copy and design teams of all marketing emails on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Code and deploy all marketing emails through ESP
  • Own comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of all, performance, CRM and email KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally to support other business teams


  • 1-3 years prior experience in executing email marketing campaigns, running digital marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required
  • Experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP)
  • Experience using tools/platforms like Google Analytics, ClickUp, Trello, and Slack
  • Ability to code HTML and CSS is a plus, but at minimum, capacity to use HTML and CSS in email production
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM’s a plus
  • Strong copywriting skills a plus
  • Experience in print media a plus
